NICE TO MEET YOU, I'M
I grew up on the beaches of St. Augustine, FL., playing football, basketball and baseball in high school. After graduation, I joined the U.S. Army where I served seven years in the Infantry, with two combat deployments to Iraq.
The Army is where I found my love for teaching and motivating others. It's also where I was introduced to CrossFit, and started coaching it when I moved back to St. Augustine. I've now coached for seven years and hold multiple certifications in various areas of strength and conditioning.
Life eventually took me out west, where I owned and operated a gym in the high Rockies of Colorado for 4 years. Spending a large amount of time in the wilderness, the idea of a Free Range Athlete came to mind. The physical and mental demands of life are far from structured, so I wanted to create a program that delivers a similar stimulus to what we face on a regular basis.
Currently, I spend my days creating traditional and non-traditional programs for all levels of athletes. When I'm not training, you can find me at the beach surfing, fishing, or playing with my family.
Free Range Athlete is committed to delivering a first class strength and conditioning routine through traditional and non-traditional modalities. We do not think that health and fitness needs to be complicated.

THE FREE RANGE ATHLETE BODYWEIGHT PROGRAM
The Free Range Athlete Bodyweight Program is a fitness routine designed to eliminate all standard excuses for starting a fitness and health regimen. This program requires no equipment, no transition time, no gym membership, and is completely adaptable to all athletes. The only thing our athletes need to have is the self-discipline to get it in each day.
The Free Range Athlete Bodyweight Program is ideal for anyone who travels, works long hours, doesn’t enjoy traditional gym environments, or is just looking to supplement their current routine with something different and effective.
Currently there are two ways to get started. You can sign up for our daily routine called The Standard, where you will get a daily workout with two versions designed to meet everyone’s capabilities as well as 24 hour support for anyone needing some additional attention on modifying workouts. The second option is to buy the 3-day a week travel program that is designed to give you a month long routine for anyone needing a short program to get through a downtime from your normal program.
There is no need to constrict yourself to the confines of a traditional gym environment. Admit that all your excuses are lies and get started on elevating your physical capabilities.
